Quick question in regard to 30 day policy of sprint

    I went to the Sprint store yesterday and was told that I can't exchange my sprint moment (that I opened on 7/25) for a Evo 4G or open another line of service to get it. Also, CS in the store stated that if I even get another line that I will have to pay a termination fee for canceling the moment line. Now I'm pissed because he stated that I have to wait until they get a stock of Evo 4G's for exchanging / existing customers. No store in new york is exchanging my phone for the EVO 4G, so should I wait for wait for the Epic 4G right since it comes out 5 days before my 30 day exchange is up....
