General quick question on sms

    I'm wondering if I can make it where my messages over 160 characters don't split..

    I don't not believe so, it is a thing with most phones that once you hit a certain word count it transfers the rest of your text into another message... would be nice if we could disable that tho

    With Handcent Sms you can turn that on and off. I don't know about other messaging apps, because I don't use them.

    If your mms works you can send the message as a mms and it will send it as one message but depending on what carrier your sending it to may not get it

    chompSMS has the option to turn the 160 split on/off too.
