This may be common knowledge, but when you are using the stock Blur launcher, when you swipe between home screens it changes the launcher icons at the bottom to the home icon and dot system used for quicker home screen changing.
To switch the icons back to the launcher, instead of waiting for the 1-2 seconds it takes, you can swipe down (from top to bottom) anywhere on the screen and it will switch back instantly. Like I said, everyone may already know this, but this is my first Android phone and even though it only takes 1-2 seconds to change back, it sometimes annoys me.
