I read in Phone Scoop that there is an update for Quik for the EVO. It fixes several problems. It says it's available in Sprint site, but it's not there. The most annoying thing is that if you go to the HTC website EVO doesn't even exist. All the phones are there but the EVO.

"Qik today offered an update to its video chatting application for the HTC EVO 4G, which is available from Sprint. Version 3.54 has improved connectivity, better performance in low-quality networks, removes the SMS verification system, and no longer automatically archives video chats in user accounts. Qik says archiving may return in a future version of the application. The application is a free download. Qik had pulled the application soon after the EVO 4G went on sale due to several problems experienced by end users."

If you read that it says it is for the HTC EVO 4g, which is available from Sprint. They are just saying who carries the EVO not where the update is. Phone Scoop is way behind on this as I have had version 3.54 for awhile. It was in the market. Just go in to the Market and then Downloads and then scroll down and look for Qik and then click on it and look for the version you have installed... It will probably be the 3.54 or it will tell you an update is available. If you have the Blue Qik for Evo installed that is
