I'm not sure if anybody else has had this issue, but sometimes when I plug my headphones in there will be a high pitched alarm sound that goes off for roughly ten seconds. This happens to me maybe twice a week. I have no alarms set and this only happens when something is plugged into the audio jack. I am running CM11.
