    Hello millie and welcome to Android Forums. Congrats on the new phone btw. I'm not certain being as you can't do a battery pull. I'm sure the users in the Razr section here at AF will know what you should do. Here is a link to that area.

    Push and HOLD your power button and the volume down key for about 10 seconds. It'll force the phone to reboot (essentially doing a "battery pull"). :)

    Mine is not stuck at the start screen, it froze at the end of a call and won't do anything, any help?

    Try pulling the battery and see if that helps. :)

    As stated, a simple battery pull would suffice :)

    Do the same thing. Press and HOLD both until it reboots.

    Because your phone has a sealed, non removable battery this is your only option.
