Root really need help please

I downloaded and installed 928's blackglass theme,the one that deodexes,and everything went well except...when I start the phone up it goes to clockworkmod recovery,if I choose reboot system now,the phone reboots and everything works as it should.But when I shut the phone down and start it up again,it goes to clockwork mod recovery again.Please tell me I did not ruin my phone.

Are you using Bootstrap?

Before you shut down are you clicking Bootstrap Recovery or when you shut down, are you pulling the battery? Cause if you are doing either of those, it's doing what it should. It's a safety net, so if something ****s up, you can pull the battery, boot into clockwork, and select a Nandroid restore point.

probably a symptom of one of the above. bu at any rate your phone is not ruined.

yes i am using bootstrap,after the theme installs it reboots and all is good...until i shut the phone down and restart
