Reason i wont be geting the HTC HD2

    I like the animated weather on the home screen and when the phone rings
    as soon as you pick it up the ring tone dies away.

    I would like to see some apps like that on my Hero. :)

    If they stick Android on the HD2 then It would make it a lot more better. imo.
    But Windows Phone (?) is bloated and squishy, I like the sleekness and simplicity of Android.

    Agreed. Unfortunately Windows Mobile does not move as smoothly as Android does, unless the latest version of Windows Mobile fixes that issue. It seems like Microsoft just piles on more and more redundancies into the O.S., just making it too memory intensive.

    The latest version of windows mobile basically just adds a finger friendly front end (irrelevant in the HD2 since it's replaced by the far superior touchflo) and an app marketplace. So, no real improvements.

    Winmo 7 might be a different story, but got to wait a while for that.

    It looks like a beautiful piece of hardware though.
