Root rebooting when powerd on

when I turn on the power it starts off saying Samsung galaxy previel then the boost mobile sign and music then my screen will then say "Samsung" in white letters and that's all it does and remain to do help....

It sounds like you're stuck in what's known as 'bootloop'

Its when the boot animation (the Samsung letters in this case) plays over and over.

Could you provide a little more info? Are you rooted? Did you delete any system apps/install any tweaks?

What was happening before this occurred?

If rooted, what rom are you using? Have you tried reflashing the rom?

Worst case scenario, you can use Odin to return the phone to stock and start over.
