Recover deleted pics from internal memory S3

Hi,

Sorry if this is a repost, i try to find before post but i couldnt,

i have a galaxy 3s, i have not at all external memory card.
I had some pics on the internal memory of the phone, by mistake i delete the 20 last of them. How can i recover them? i didnt took any picture from then.

I download some photo recovery programs but all needs to see my phone like external drive or hard disk and not like phone to do the job.

My phone is visible from the pc but like phone (GT-I9300) and i open the DCIM folder normal from explorer of my pc.

i remind that i havent external card to store the pics, pics stored in the device only.
