reminders

Looking for a reminder app that pops up prominent alarms that can't be missed (including on the lock screen). Most of the apps I've seen use the notification area or other easily missed spot for alarms. Any recommendations? Thanks! ...Steve

Calendar Snooze can't be ignored, it's very 'in your face'. It is for calendar events though, not sure if that's what you mean by "alarms". If it's on your calendar you won't miss it, very customizable and obnoxious

I think Calendar Snooze was probably the first app I installed on my first Android. Coming from Palm I found the non-repeating notification bar alerts way too ignorable, whereas that app gave me what I was used to: full screen, repeating, snoozeable notifications.

ToDo Task Manager has a plug in for the lock screen widget called Dashclock. It also can have really easily noticed popups, and a crazy amount of control on when they recur. Having come from Palm myself, I needed something that allowed tasks to repeat in screwball patterns like they did. This one does it in spades.
