Root Removing bloatware?

The only way to get rid of the Sprint apps is to root. It is painless and easy to do. After rooting, you can flash a custom rom with the bloat removed or use apps like Titanium Backup to freeze the apps. You do have to be careful what apps you remove as some are system dependent and can cause problems with the functionality of the rom or cause it not to work at all. I would suggest reading the Rooting for Dummies stickied at the top and ask questions from there if it does not answer them for you. We are here to help.
