renewal grace period

    I just bought a used Virgin Mobile phone (my first smart phone) that has the $25/month plan.

    Do I have to top up by the date next payment is due or is there a grace period before I would lose the $25/month plan? Thanks.

    There is no grace period. They will shut off your service at midnight the day after your bill is due (that night going onto the next)

    So I'll lose my phone number and the $25/month plan if I don't pay by midnight the day after my bill is due?

    Don't know about the plan, but I once had to let mine go to the day after payment was due (payday was that next day), and once I made the payment, everything came right back.

    They will hold your number and plan for either 60 days or 6 months (can't remember which).
