Just had my evo replaced for the 2nd time.
    1st one had rebooting issues.
2nd one fell from my lap as i got out of my car ( i was tired and it was 630 in the morning :(), and the screen shattered.
Luckily i had insurance. I had gotten the white evo, and managed to get it replaced the first time with another white one. the 2nd replacement phone sent to me is a original black one.
I was wondering if i switched the back cover (not battery cover, and i do know how to switch it) of the white evo with the black cover, would the insurance company (asurion) notice the change or not?
Sorry if this seems confusing, i dont explain thins well enough when i need sleep.

One, I dont know how easy that would be to do, if its even possible. Second, how would they know what you do with your phone?

he has to send the "white" phone back but it will be black.

it's a crap shoot but you are prolly safe...they sent you a black phone and in return if you swap you sent them a black one back
