Does any one know how to replace the external speaker? Mine is now crackling and sounds terrible. I have cleaned the little metal pieces that are attracted by the speakers magnet and it doesn't help. I don't want to get a replacement with an slcd screen and it seems that every one who gets a replacement is getting slcd these days.
    Any help would be appreciated.

If its that simple Verizon should do it in store and not void our warranty. But we all know they wont.

I just got a replacement for a blown speaker about a week or 2 ago. I specifically requested an AMOLED screen and the CSR rep assured me that I would receive one. When it arrived I made sure it was AMOLED before i switched phones and now I am happy as a clam.

Just got the speaker today and it took all of 3 minutes to replace. So easy and the speaker sounds deeper than the original. Bought a spare for later just in case.
