Let me make this clear up front- this is with the HTC mail client and connecting via an exchange account.

I have replied to messages, attaching documents and pictures but the recipient does not get them. However when I send the document or picture in a new email and they get it. Am I missing something? I have searched on many forums and do not see where anyone has complained of this before.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. For now, I am going to try Touchdown to see if this remedies the problem.

Well, good news and bad news. Touchdown works for replying with attachments, however you have to remember the name of the file since the "add file" process is rudimentary. Pretty easy...unless you are attaching photos or other files that are named by the system automatically.

I don't know if this function merits 20 bucks.....but I still have 29 days to decide.

Unless that is.....somebody else has an idea.
