Root Request - People APK

I uninstalled this on my phone because I had substitutes for my contacts/dialer. However, I'm not really trusting of using the third party apps anymore. Does anyone have the APK? I have an Evo 4G Rom Dump but have no idea how to get the APK from it. Thank you very much!

Unzip any sense based rom. Open the folder and you can find all the apks under system and then apps.

Turns out I can't install it for some reason. Either gives me a DEXPOT error or that I'm "missing shared file library". I think I'm just gonna have to restore my backup.

You can either restore a nand or re flash the same rom but only wipe cache and dalvik. You will keep all of your current data.
