Help resetting contact list to last name, first name

My contacts file suddenly shifted to being listed alphabetically by (first name, last name). I use Outlook Exchange ActiveSync and the names are listed properly on Outlook and Outlook Outlook Web Access but not on my Incredible. Does anyone know if there is a menu setting in the Incredible to reset the listing to (last name, first name).
