resize picture when attaching?

I want to email some pictures ..

but they do not need huge 3MB originals ..

when I am in the software from where I want to send/attach - say gmail or yahoo mail or etc... - when selecting to attach pictures: I wish there was a way to pick an application that would let me pick the camera pictures that I want to attach and resize them right on the fly..

hmmm what do you think?

is there anything like that?

or any advice?

But I see it can only do one image at a time?

like say I'm reading gamil and friend says send some pix .. naturally I want to hit reply

select "attach picture" and select multiple ..

is there any way to select multiple and have them resize before being attached? (we are able to do so in Windows and on BlackBerry and etc ..)

Paid Image Shrink will do a couple at a time. I just tried it.
