I just tried to configure my Sprint account so my son's phone has restricted web access. The configuration page on the Sprint web site just returns an error message -- "unable to configure restrictions for this phone" or something like that. Has anybody done this successfully?
Also, the config page is worded in a way that suggests web access will be completely blocked, whereas the Help page says family-friendly sites will be accessible but not the entire web. Any experience with what is actually blocked? Is there a Sprint whitelist of "appropriate" sites somewhere?
