Return to Office Depot for raised screen issueSupport

    Not sure where to post this, but I had to give props to Office Depot for the great service with my N7.

    First: While everyone else was waiting shipment, I bought on-line 7/16 and they said it would be delivered by 7/19. - It did!

    Second: Called to return exchange for replacement for the raised screen issue. The emailed me a return label and told me my replacement would be shipped the next day.


    Note: I had to return it now as my 14 day return policy would be up. Hope the replacement comes from a new, fixed batch of N7's

    My replacement is fine so far. So yours will likely be good too.

    Don't count those chickens. Plenty of people have gotten replacements from various sources and the issue remains.

    I returned mine to Staples a few days ago and also had no problems with the return. I'll buy another one in a few weeks and hope Asus got their s*** together.
