Returning Online-Ordered Verizon Products to StoreGeneral

    If I order a case online from Verizon's website, will I able to return it to a Verizon store? The reason I wouldn't just get it in store on release day is because I'm not sure I'll have time to get to a store and it would just be a lot easier to have it beforehand.

    Why would you return it? Aren't you buying it to use? I guess i don't understand what the question you are trying to ask really.

    I can't see why you can't return it to a VZN corporate store. You might have to gobble up a $35 restocking fee, but that's it.

    I don't think the restocking fee on a case would be $35, i think you are thinking about when you return a phone. Honestly cases are so cheap just eat it or sell it to someone else if they won't take it back. You could always just send it back to them online if a physical store won't take it back but i'm guessing they would have no problems taking it back at a physical store if you have the reciept.

    Oh, case. I skimmed through the OP's post and thought he meant the phone itself... not sure about just an accessory.
