ok you need to add a zip to it. you can do it in astro by long pressing it and change the name and add the .zip part to it.

hmmmmm so weird. you have me stumped at the moment.

but good news is that you are unlocked and have amon ra2.3 recovery. you can now flash roms, kernels, themes and mods!!!!!! yes your bootloader will be watermarked. but so what. sprint does not support the evo anymore and if you have assurion insurance you can send it as is with no issues what so ever if anything goes wrong. i will try and see if i can get the captains help tomorrow and see why the bootloader is not recognizing the file.

    oh damn nice!!!!
you should go to the dummies guide and look into partitioning it. when you do so you can move your apps to the sd card and never have to worry about space again. i have 160 apps on my evo right now!!!! with 200mb still left on the phone.
  22. mv670

    mv670 Well-Known Member

Doing so wont wipe the existing data on it? right?
  23. ocnbrze

    ocnbrze DON'T PANIC!!!!!!!!! Moderator

it will wipe the card yes. so make sure before you do it that you back the card up on your computer. those steps are outlined in the guide.
