I have been suffering from these wake locks for a long time since I rooted my phone and installed CM 10.1 (4.2.2) milestone release. I have tried everything from returning to stock (4.1.2) to installing newer CM versions (in 4.4 06/12/14 Nightly CM ROM now) and factory resets but it ain't going.
completely closing locations services and removing google now helps with the URLdispatchingservice drain from google services, but the main RILJ still goes eating my battery.

URLdispatching from google services kept it awake for4mins
