Here's another Android gem. "River Blast" is a great game that seems to have gotten buried in the Market. In this game, you use simple gestures to navigate down (or up) a river. The graphics are crisp, the physics are believable, the control is deceptively simple, and the online global leaderboards will keep you coming back for more as you attempt to beat the best times. The rivers themselves pose unique challenges as no two rivers are alike, and the sounds are quite immersive and soothing (IMO). I've had this game for a minute (and still hold a couple of records), and I enjoy playing from time to time. I hope you all enjoy "River Blast" as much as I do! If you don't have 2.2 (Froyo) on your phone and/or the link above doesn't work, just search for "River Blast" in the Market. PRO TIP: Master your ability to paddle backwards. Backward strokes allow for sharper turns!
