    Rogers' Terms of Service (ToS), available at http://www.rogers.com/web/Rogers.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=NEW_GCT&_nfls=true&setLanguage=en&template=support-terms&customer_type=Residential, does not include any limits on use of your data plan in regards to tethering.

    Rogers' wireless support FAQ's, located at http://www.rogers.com/web/Rogers.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=support_wireless&N=4294966681+42+11+4294966631, defines Rogers' stance on tethering as
    Currently Rogers allows tethering on their network as long as you subscribe to a data plan of 1GB or larger
