ROM Manager & Web Connect - how to leave comments?

I've looked at this using Google and the suggestion I read was to hit the Menu button to log in so you can post comments.

Uh, that doesn't do anything for me.

I downloaded Web Connect from the Market (which, btw, looks nearly identical to Chrome to Phone) but don't see anything in regards to ROM Manager. Sure, it's associated with my google account, but now what?

I just wanted to be able to post comments.

I'm using ROM Manager Premium 4.5.0.1.
