it will not only data and system will do that.

also if that does not work then try and wipe dalvik cache and cache and re-flash the rom. again you will not loose data and sometimes that fixes any bugs you have as well.

Unfortunately, neither of these ideas worked.....guess I will need to wipe everything and reflash?

i also only have 2 languages i can try and find a language pack that can be flashed
