Help Root exporer questions?

Morning everyone,

I just installed Root Explorer and I dont want to screw anything up with it, so what am i looking for if i want to remove some pre installed bloatware like blockbuster and such? When i start Root Explorer it opens all the files on the phone which is cool but I am fearful of turning the phone into a paperweight. Any help is appreciated.
