Root rooted but can't get su access, pls help

have 2 d2gs. using z4root, and setcpu. First droid, installed no problem getting setcpu running.

Second droid, rooted, but when run setcpu, say's no su access?

Un rooted, the re rooted. Same problem. Also, never got the allow deny screen on second droid, but z4root says rooted.

how do i get the super user access?

Do you get the # in the terminal emulator?

Do you have the superuser app in your app drawer? If so, open it, and see what you've given permissions to.
