Root rooted, flashed new rom, now I need help

I'm very new in rooting and flashing roms, so if this is something obvious, please be patient with me.

I rooted my phone a week ago with unrevoked. Finally decided to flash mikfroyo today. Followed all the instructions in the rooting for dummy thread. Looks like everything was successful. Now I'm trying to use Titanium Backup to restore my apps and data, but it's not showing up in my app drawer even after I downloaded and installed it. Even the Open button is grayed out from the market link. Please help.
