Root Rooted, installed some roms, want to unroot. JRummy bootlogo won't go away? Help?

So I rooted with z4root, made a backup with bootstrap, and installed some roms and themes. Didn't remove any bloatware, just wanted to try some new looks to the phone. Decided that i wanted to go back to stock and try another day. Still stuck with the JRummy logo upon turning the phone on. It comes on before the red Droid X eye. How do I get rid of this logo?

That still left the boot logo of JRummy in there, already tried that. I ended up restoring with the maderstcok zip to go back to everything prior. Probably an easier way somehow, but this worked. Thanks anyway
