    I rooted and installed update-cm-4.1.9999-signed and now all my google apps are gone how do I fix this?

    You can try running
    Code (Text):
    1. #fix_permissions
    from the Recovery Console.

    Otherwise try wiping, that worked for me when I updated when all my apps were gone too.

    fix_permissions won't help if the ROM wasn't installed correctly. CM4.1.9999 doesn't have any google apps in it. You must first install the ADP 1.6 released by HTC and then install CM (4.2.1 now). The ROM copies the google apps that are on your phone from the 1.6 update, flashes the ROM, and then copies the google apps back to the phone.
