Root Rooted stuck on Splash screen what to do?

I'm actually having the same exact problem but I bought my phone off of craigslist and had it flashed to cricket. I have no insurance I would have to buy a whole new phone....has anyone heard of a resolution for this issue

Have you tried a factory reset or reflashing the cricket rom?
There is multiple reasons that would happen, therefore multiple solutions.
