Root Rooted Version 4 HBOOT 2.02 - Overclockable stable kernel?

I rooted using zikronix's, at XDA, method. I flashed Fresh 3.4 with the stock kernel. I installed overclock widget and am not able to overclock. Same with setcpu. Tried two of the netarchy kernels. The one without havs disabled my camera. Both did not allow me to overclock, in fact they only allowed me to clock to 528... Is there a kernel available for my hardware/hboot version that will function fully AND allow me to overclock?
