Help Route All Audio to Bluetooth Handsfree Profile?

On Windows Mobile, there is a small application that routes all audio to the bluetooth headset. A2DP is not needed, just a simple handsfree profile.

Is a solution available for Android devices that enables Media sounds to be routed to the handsfree profile, when A2DP is not available?
