Help S4 GT-I9500 4.2.2 problem

Noob here im just askint for my problem about connecting my samsung s4 4.2.2 to kies 3, when i tried the 'Firmware upgrade and initialization" this will be pop up 'GT-I9500 does not support initializing'.

Kies is all kinds of trouble on Windows, works perfect on our Mac, but its an issue on my Acer laptop.

Try uninstalling then reinstalling it. Also make sure that you have enough memory in your S4, I think it wants 1GB minimum to do the update.
