Soon after my S4 phone updated to Lollipop I have had one particular problem with calls.
When I call someone I get no dial-tone, not nothing. There is no sound indicating that I'm actually making a call. When whoever I call, they can hear me and but I can't hear them. If I hang up and try calling back it's works fine.
Similar happens when I receive - I answer the phone - I hear nothing but they can hear me saying hello . they hang up & redial calling me again then works fine.
Any one else having similar issues ?
What advice please to sort this out.
Already tried turning off "noise reduction." no change.
I rather not have to resort to Factory Reset just yet if possible.
