S5 Freezing & Restarting Problem

Out of nowhere my galaxy s5 started restarting itself yesterday and will not work. I read a bunch of articles and watched videos that told me to clear the cache and clear the data back to factory. I did both and neither have worked. I pulled the battery out for a few hours and put it back in and it seemed to work fine without the SD or SIM card in the phone.

I put the SIM card back in this morning and it started going through a boot loop again and I'm at a loss for what to do. I tried to download firmware from samobile.com, but unless I paid for it, I can't download it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I have downloaded many times from SamMobile and never had to pay, the only time you pay is if you want the fast download, if you are prepared to wait for the slow download it is free. Have you tried a new SIM from your service provider, this seems to be the first (and cheapest) thing to try. Phil
