Hey guys I downloaded samsungbdive and i've registered. when i try to lock my phone remotely I'm asked to insert the pin number which will be used to unlock my phone later. I do that and before i lock it I'm being asked to input my sign in password for the dive account. I type in the password but I get a message saying the password is not valid. However i am typing the password i just used to get to my dive acct. has anybody else experiencing problems and managed to solve it?
