I have legal & unlock Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i handset.
I stay in Canada & tried to use new Virgin Mobile sim and fails..it show full network but when I make call- Mobile Network not available.
Then I took my handset to them & they found that my handset (or IMEI) is somehow not compatible with Virgin Mobile Sim.
For some good reason I want to use Virgin Mobile Sim hence please suggest what are the my options.(& Of course I dont want to buy another handset)
I tried following options too-
1. Factory Resetting of Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i handset.
2. tried my handset with other mobile sim..it works.
3. tried same virgin mobile sim in other handset..it works
I heard about flashing handset..Will that help me to run Virgin mobile sim.
