samsung galaxy ace or htc legend?

i am looking for a mid range smart-phone to purchase, and these two seem to be fairly good, but the HTC legend seems a bit old. Then again it has some better specs than the Samsung galaxy ace. If anyone could help me decide on personal experiences it would be great. any other recomendations would be helpful!

Each phone you consider will have benefits and challenges. Personally I have concerns regarding Samsung phones due to the challenges within the KIES software that allows them to sync with a computer desktop.

I would go with the Ace, my brother has the legend and it sucks, even angry birds is a slide show on the legend.

Get the Galaxy Ace.

If you are looking for a midrange phone, you might want to look at last years high end phones, such as the Galaxy S, they are cheaper now that the new ones are coming out, but still can handle anything you'd throw at it.

yeah i heard about the lag but updating to froyo apparently fixed it, but im still not sure i cant really afford the samsung galaxy s or htc desire / desire z at the moment so its between these two

Ace is a newer model and has a bit faster processor.
Legend may have more developer support though.

If I were you, I would probably look at faster phones.

i think i may go for the samsung galaxy ace as the screen is larger, but not better it seems ok, still unsure i really like the legend the screen smalls and it is old? seriously need someone who have both and which one is the better phone????
