Samsung galaxy not all is cracked up to be

These phones are not robust. Haven't had mine for a year yet and constantly powers off, freezes, dictionary always spells the wrong words (am having to double check this right now and having to make many corrections), just chooses to omit words when it feels like it, crap on battery life and now the speaker has packed up. I'm taking this piece of crap back top the shop first thing Monday. (See! Bloody thing can't spell properly)

Sorry you are having a bum experience with your phone. There are a few things you might try to help out the problems you are experiencing. If the phone worked well to begin with and is now acting up, it might be time to do a hard reboot or even a factory reset. When a phone starts acting a fool it's a great sign that something needs a refresh.
