Samsung Galaxy Note 3

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is fairly new and was working fine this morning, but now will not turn on, but has the flashing blue light top left. I have even had it on the charger for a while and no luck. I tried holding volume button and power simultaneously for 20 seconds and still no luck. Help!!

Not sure but take the battery out for a minute. Put it back and try to restart it.
