New customer or add a line to existing account for $199, upgrade for $249. I'm hoping others will do similar for Christmas shopping. What do you all think?

I'm not ready to pull the trigger, yet. So I'm hoping Sprint and others will do similar closer to Christmas.

Sweet. I was able to get Best Buy to match over the holiday for $99 on upgrade. This is even better.

Finally got mine from Radio Shack $149.99 so far so good. Rooted it but can't seem to get tethering sorted out. Kind of a bummer

So far I really like it.

    Still $650 :p
They usually don't do sales for the phone just by itself. Best way to get one at a lower cost without a plan would be Craigslist, eBay, etc.

I would just wait on the SGN2 and pick up the SGN3 at release if that device is your cup of tea. It's right around the corner anyway.
