Hello everyone,
I've got my Samsung Galaxy Note for about 2 months now. Two days ago my phone turned off by itself while being in idle mode. I kept trying to turn it on by pressing the power button multiple times but nothing happened so I had to take off the battery and put it back to make it work.
Ever since I keep experiencing that and the only way to make my phone work is by taking off and putting back the battery... it happens approximately two times a day...
I am really worried about this and I start to believe that it is a defective phone. What should I do?
PS: I also tried the factory data reset. It did not help anyhow... (after half hour from the factory data reset it turned off again)
Any opinion will be appreciated.
