Help Samsung galaxy s2 problem with camera and videos

Problem started today when I tried to oovoo the screen started staticing green and yellow then cuts right off. Now I discover when I turn on the camera it does the same thing and so does YouTube videos. Did a factory reset and cleared the camera cache still don't work! When I try to use the camera afterwards it will come up for about to seconds then screen does what I said above and phone just crashes. I dont know what to do I can't watch videos now and take pictures. Someone please hellllpppp!!!
