I have bought 3 recon Samsung Tab 4 SM-T537A Android version 4.4.2, when I turn it on a AT&T page appears, wifi works fine but when I try the mobile network it states that the network is not switched on , when I try to add the network I am using is states that another setup is running and wont allow my mobile network to operate, the opening screen after the AT&T page starts shows my network provider, My question is: Is the At&T software preventing my network from operating?
Is there a way of removing AT&T software altogether, I have tried via uninstalling all AT&T apps but still no luck. we are in the UK.
