hi my name simon ,i recently bought a samsung galaxy, and im having problems with username and password ,im locked out can anyone help please

what exactly are you locked out of? your google account?

If you are locked out of Gmail then use an available PC or Mac with a web browser to go to Gmail and reset the password. If you are locked out of the phone due to the screen lock, it'll ask you for your Gmail username and password. Without this information you might have to do a factory reset on the phone to restore access.
