Samsung Intercept Issues!!Support

    Samsung Intercept Issues!!
    Ok So i dial a number and get to the automated system (any number bank, 1800#, 1866#, any number where they have a menu system) so it says press 1 for english 2 for spanish etc.. etc.. at that point the phone tones are not recognized by any system.

    Example I call my bank I hit 1 for English, I then have to type in an acct number.. I put in my account number and by the 3rd number it says invalid number..

    Now I get on my verizon phone call the same number (same android operating system) and all is well..

    the phone has been reset back to factory spec and this is still happening..

    Virgin is sending me a replacement phone but I have seen other posts on the web with so far 2 samsung android phones having this issue..
    So be forewarned..

    and yes I can send a text with the on screen keyboard or the main keyboard to anyone just fine so the keys are working.....

    on or off does not matter..

    I just tried it both ways, called my bank
    hit 1 for english that part worked... both settings..

    then it asks for the acct number, no matter what on screen or keypad it does not recognize the numbers input to the system.

    Called back on my friends straight talk phone and it went right through..
